@join_jules So there’s a new viral cocktail out there (thanks to @highproofpreacher & @holycityhandcraft & @notjustabartender ) which is the Parmesan Espresso Martini Here’s how I made mine: 1.5 oz vodka 3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur 2 oz espresso 1/2 oz honey syrup Ice Garnish: healthy amount of parmigiano reggiano on top Add all to a cocktail shaker and shake with plenty of ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with Parmesan & let me know what you think? My opinion: it’s a little underwhelming, I wish there was more cheese 😂 I like the saltiness with the coffee (I mean it makes sense espresso and cheese are the perfect European dessert). But I’d want to actually add the cheese in so I get more flavor? But… there’s something there… I like it.
